What is commercial 3D rendering?

Commercial 3D rendering is photoreal exterior visualization tuned for marketing-grade output of offices, retail, hospitality and mixed-use buildings — with lifestyle entourage, branded signage and dusk variants.

The brief is different from residential. Commercial work has to read as a place where people work, eat, shop or stay — not just a beautiful building. So entourage matters more, signage matters more, and the time of day that sells is usually dusk, when interior light reads as occupied.

We model interior volumes visible through glazing — desks, partitions, furniture silhouettes — because empty curtain walls look uncanny in commercial work. Signage and branding are rebuilt as 3D geometry, not flat decals, so they hold up at print resolution.

The hardest commercial brief is hospitality — restaurants and hotels need outdoor dining, lighting, soft shadows, food and people that read as candid rather than staged. We've shipped 162 hospitality and retail projects since 2013, so the asset library is deep.

How is commercial pricing structured?

€849 per view standard, against €699 for residential. The €150 delta covers heavier entourage, signage rebuild and a typical extra revision pass on materials.

Commercial work runs longer because the brief usually involves multiple stakeholders — developer, architect, retail brand, anchor tenant — each with notes. We budget one extra revision pass into the standard scope to absorb that.

Bundles work the same way as residential: from €1,599 for two views up to €3,799 for six. Multi-tenant projects often need a hero exterior plus three to four facade-detail shots — that's the four-view bundle (€2,499) and the most common configuration we ship.

Add-ons that show up regularly: dusk variant (€180), branded vehicle wraps (€80 each), seasonal swap (€220), additional CGI staff in branded uniform (€40 per person beyond the included 10).

Do you handle retail brand signage and tenant branding?

Yes — we rebuild brand signage as 3D geometry from official brand assets you provide. Up to three brand elements per render are included; additional brands are €80 each.

For mixed-use developments with multiple ground-floor tenants, we ask for an anchor list at brief stage. The brand portal usually has the spec sheet — letterforms, colour codes, illumination type, mount style. We rebuild from that, not from photographs of existing stores.

If the tenants aren't confirmed yet, we use generic placeholder brands that read as commercial without naming a specific chain — useful for early-stage marketing where you can't legally show a specific tenant. Swap-in for real brands later costs €80 each, no full re-render.

Frequently asked questions

Can you handle a hotel or resort project?

Yes — hospitality is one of our deeper specialisms. 162 hospitality and retail projects since 2013, including 14 resort masterplans.

Do you do twilight versus dusk variants?

We treat them as the same lighting condition. "Twilight" and "dusk" both mean post-sunset blue hour with warm interior glow. €180 add-on per view, same model.

How do you handle signage rights?

You provide either signed brand permission or generic placeholder brands. We don't imitate trademarked brands without authorisation — that's your call to make and document.

Can you render a building before tenants are signed?

Yes — generic anchor placeholders are standard at early-stage marketing. We swap them for real brands later (€80 each, no re-render needed).

Do you do interior lobby renders?

Limited — we cover lobbies that are visible from outside through glazing, but full interior lobby renders are interior work and we refer those briefs out.
