Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of https://archvisualizations.com and any informational material we publish here. The actual engagement between UAB ArchVisualizations (trading as ArchVisualizations) and a client is governed by a signed agreement — the engagement letter takes precedence over anything published on this site if the two ever conflict.
1. The site is informational
Pricing, scope, turnaround and methodology described on this site are accurate as of the last-updated date. They are not a binding offer. Your written engagement agreement defines what you actually pay for and what we actually deliver. Quotes issued by email are valid for 14 days from issue, after which we may re-quote based on current studio capacity.
2. Engagement basics
An engagement begins when both parties sign the engagement letter and the first 50% deposit clears our account. Until then, no studio time is reserved for your project and any indicative delivery dates may shift.
You confirm that the project information you send us — plans, sketches, brand assets, references — is yours to share with us and use in our work. If a third party owns any of it, you confirm you have the right to use it for the engagement.
3. Deliverables, revisions and revisions cap
Each service spec lists the standard deliverables — resolution, file formats, included revision rounds. Two revision rounds plus the final delivery are standard. A “round” means consolidated comments delivered to us together. Additional rounds are billed at €120 per round and quoted before work begins.
A complete redirection of the brief mid-project (different camera, different mood, different season) is treated as a re-quote, not a revision. We will flag this before doing the work and quote the delta — typically 30–60% of the original fee, never the full amount again.
4. Pricing, currency and VAT
Listed prices on archvisualizations.com are in euros and are net. EU clients with a valid VAT identification number pay net under reverse-charge rules. EU clients without a VAT ID pay 21% Lithuanian VAT on top. Non-EU clients pay net.
Wire transfer, SEPA, Wise and corporate card are all accepted. Bank charges on incoming wires are paid by the sender. Late payments accrue interest at 8% per annum after 30 days from invoice date.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel an engagement at any stage. The fee owed scales with the work completed.
- Cancellation before brief sign-off: no fee, deposit refunded in full.
- Cancellation between brief sign-off and clay-model preview: 25% of total fee.
- Cancellation between clay sign-off and first colour draft: 60% of total fee.
- Cancellation after first colour draft: full fee, you keep all delivered files.
6. Intellectual property
On final payment you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered renders, animations and VR builds for marketing, sales, planning submissions, PR, and any commercial purpose related to the project.
The 3D source files (3ds Max, Blender, Unreal scenes) remain the property of ArchVisualizations and are not transferred as part of the standard engagement. Source-file purchase is available on request and quoted separately.
ArchVisualizations retains the right to display the delivered work in its portfolio, on its website and in marketing materials. If your project is under embargo or NDA, this right is paused for the period you specify, at no extra cost to you.
7. Confidentiality
We sign your NDA or our standard mutual NDA before any sensitive material moves. Confidential information disclosed to us during the engagement is held confidential indefinitely, save for material that becomes public through no fault of ours.
8. Liability and warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from any engagement is capped at the fee paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative damages, including loss of profit, loss of contract, or loss of opportunity.
The renders we deliver are visual representations of architectural intent. They are not engineering drawings, planning approvals, or guarantees of constructability. Material colours, vegetation species, fixtures and product placements approximate the brief and the materials you supply but cannot guarantee exact real-world match.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation are submitted to the competent courts of Vilnius, Lithuania. EU consumer-protection rules continue to apply where they provide stronger consumer rights.
