Process

Eight working days. Five stages. One artist.

Every project at the studio runs the same five-stage workflow. The benefit of that boredom: you know exactly when each draft lands, what to send, what to expect back, and when the second invoice clears. Predictable beats fancy — especially when the launch deck has a deadline.

1

Day 0–1

Brief & material upload

You send plans, elevations, sections, mood references, material spec — through our private upload link or your preferred cloud folder. We sign an NDA before anything sensitive moves. A 30-minute brief call locks scope, audience and deliverables. By end of day one you have a flat quote, a delivery date, and a kickoff confirmation.

You receive:

  • Mutual NDA
  • Flat fee quote
  • Delivery date
  • Brief sign-off PDF
2

Day 1–3

3D model & camera framing

We build the volume from your CAD or BIM, place the cameras, render a clay-grey preview from each angle. This is where we kill ambiguity — wrong camera height, wrong horizon line, wrong neighbouring volume — before we waste a day on photoreal lighting. You sign off on cameras within 24 hours of receiving the preview.

You receive:

  • Clay model preview (each view)
  • Camera annotations
  • Sun-study options
  • Material moodboard
3

Day 4–5

First colour draft

The first photoreal pass. Materials, sky, sun angle, vegetation, people, vehicles, props. The first draft is genuinely close to final — typically 80–90% — because we eliminated camera and material ambiguity at stage two. You receive the draft as a marked-up PDF for note-taking, plus the high-res file.

You receive:

  • First draft 6K render
  • Comments PDF template
  • 24-hour note window
4

Day 5–8

Two revision rounds

You consolidate notes (we provide the comment template). We turn each round in 24–48 hours. Camera adjustments, lighting tweaks, material swaps, vegetation changes, additional people or vehicles — all fair game inside the included rounds. A round means consolidated comments delivered together, not a stream of notes over four days.

You receive:

  • Round 1 revised render
  • Round 2 revised render
  • Diff log of changes
5

Day 8

Final 6K delivery

JPG at 6000×4000, PNG with transparent background on request, print-ready 300 DPI TIFF. Animations ship 4K H.264 plus ProRes master. VR ships executable plus WebXR build. Files land in your cloud folder, we send the licence confirmation, you sign off, second invoice goes out.

You receive:

  • JPG 6K
  • PNG transparent
  • TIFF print-ready
  • Perpetual licence confirmation

How does the process actually run? — FAQ

What if I need a faster turnaround?

Rush turnaround (48–72 hours) is available with a 35% surcharge when our queue allows it. We won't accept a rush we can't deliver — that's worth more than the surcharge.

Can I add a third revision round?

Yes — €120 per additional round. Most projects close inside the included two rounds when the brief is tight on day one.

What happens if the design changes mid-project?

Material and surface changes fit inside the revision rounds. Geometry changes (added floor, different roof) trigger a re-quote — we flag the delta before doing the work, never spring it on the invoice.

Do you support BIM-to-render workflows?

Yes — Revit, ArchiCAD and IFC imports are standard. We can also work directly from your Twinmotion or Enscape scene if you want a head start on materials.

How do payments map to the process?

50% on brief sign-off (start of stage 2), 50% on final delivery. For projects above €5,000 we offer a 30/40/30 split — kickoff, draft sign-off, final.

Ready to start the eight-day clock?

Send the brief, we'll come back with a flat quote and a delivery date inside 24 hours.
