Exterior architectural visualization is a photoreal 3D image, animation or VR scene of a building exterior, generated from CAD or BIM data, used to sell or approve the project before construction. ## Process (eight working days, five stages)
1. Brief & material upload (Day 0–1) — NDA, plans, references, kickoff call, flat quote.
2. 3D model & camera framing (Day 1–3) — clay-grey preview for camera sign-off before photoreal pass.
3. First colour draft (Day 4–5) — first photoreal pass, materials, lighting, vegetation, entourage.
4. Two revision rounds (Day 5–8) — consolidated comments, 24–48h turnaround per round.
5. Final 6K delivery (Day 8) — JPG, PNG, TIFF; 4K animation master; VR executable + WebXR.
