Why we built a studio, not an agency.

Most architectural CGI sold in Europe goes through brokers. The client briefs an account manager, the account manager briefs an artist three time zones away, the artist sends a render back through the broker. Two layers of translation, two layers of mark-up, no direct line to the person making the image.

We started ArchVisualizations because that pipeline is broken. The artist is the only person who can read a brief honestly — the lighting reference, the mood, the unsaid hierarchy of what matters. So we removed the layers. Every project at this studio is briefed directly to the artist who will own it.

That's why our delivery is faster than the broker pipeline (4–5 days vs 10–14) and why our revisions usually close inside the included two rounds.

What we don't do.

  • Interior visualization. We refer interior briefs to two studios we trust — both EU-based, both photoreal.
  • White-label work for other studios. If you brief us, the engagement is direct. We don't ghost-render under another agency's brand.
  • Speculative concepts. Every brief gets a flat quote upfront. We don't trade on hourly rates.
  • Crypto, gambling, adult. We don't render projects for verticals we don't want in our portfolio.
  • "Just make it look better". Briefs without an audience and a use case get a clarifying call before we quote.

Timeline

How the studio got here.

  1. 2011

    Aurimas founds the studio in Vilnius — single-artist freelance, residential renders for Lithuanian architects.

  2. 2013

    First commercial brief shipped — a hospitality masterplan in Antalya. Studio incorporates as UAB ArchVisualizations.

  3. 2015

    Hits 100 delivered projects. Eglė joins, aerial work becomes a dedicated service line.

  4. 2018

    300 projects delivered. Rokas joins; we ship our first 30-second cinematic for a German developer launch.

  5. 2020

    Pandemic pivot: 70% of new revenue from VR and animation as physical sales centres close. WebXR pipeline goes live.

  6. 2022

    500 delivered. We open a second studio room in Vilnius and switch the entire pipeline to GPU rendering on RTX 6000 Ada.

  7. 2024

    700 delivered, 23 countries served. Flat-rate pricing introduced — every quote on the site is the quote you sign.

Autodesk 3ds Max 2025, V-Ray 6, Corona 12. Selective Blender 4.x for animation. Unreal Engine 5.4 for VR.

Compositing

Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro. DaVinci Resolve for animation grading.

Hardware

Six workstations on RTX 6000 Ada (48 GB VRAM each), 256 GB RAM. Render farm: 4 nodes, dual A6000 each.

Asset libraries

Quixel Megascans, Evermotion, Maxtree licensed. Custom asset library: 14 years of accumulated geometry.

Input formats

DWG, DXF, RVT, IFC, FBX, OBJ, SKP, 3DM, BIM. PDF as fallback.

Output formats

JPG, PNG, TIFF (300 DPI), MP4 (H.264), MOV (ProRes 422), executable VR builds, WebXR scenes.
